Place shoe pad in back of shoe as demonstrated on our videos
Place the heel pad low on heel of foot, if wearing tights or stockings just pull tights over the heel pad.
Place fingers in shoes to pull the shoe wide so that the foot can placed inside the shoe before the pads connect.
