Directions for Use

1. Prepare Your Shoe

   • Peel the backing from one of the placement pads and stick it to the centre front of your shoe’s insole.

2. Position the Teardrop Pad

   • Attach the teardrop pad to the placement pad using the hard fastener on the flat side.
   • Place the teardrop just before the ball of your foot, aligning it with the transverse arch.

3. Test and Adjust

   • Stand and walk for a minute. You should feel a slight raise under your foot—it may feel unusual at first but should not be uncomfortable.
   • If you experience pinching or discomfort, adjust the pad’s position and try again.

4. Mark the Spot

   • Once you find the ideal position, use a pen to mark the placement on the pad for easy reapplication.

5. Interchange Between Shoes
